In the event of failure to comply with any notice and/or stop work order, the city, at its option, may enforce collection through the civil execution process as provided in this chapter or by any method provided by law and/or ordinance and/or may abate the use of the property which is the subject of the violation through the abatement process as provided by law or ordinance.
