If any provision of this chapter or of the sections of Chapter 275, Laws of 1994 or of RCW 46.20.730 adopted by reference in this chapter and effective from and after July 1, 1994 or its/their application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter and/or sections of Chapter 275, Laws of 1994 and/or RCW 46.20.730 adopted by reference herein or application of any of the described provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.
