Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or themself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway. (Ord. 5212 § 1 (Exh. E), 1999; 1957 code § 9.04.370.)
