Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, a violation of any provision of this chapter or Chapter 10.04 ACC is a civil infraction, punishable in accordance with ACC 1.25.050. (Ord. 5683 § 23, 2002; Ord. 5212 § 1 (Exh. E), 1999; 1957 code § 9.04.540.)
