10.36.400 Overtime parking – Report.

It shall be the duty of the chief of police, or such other official of the city as may be delegated authority over standing violations of ACC 10.36.370, 10.36.380 and 10.36.390, to report the following:

A. The number or location of the parking space in which the vehicle is or has been parking in violation of any provision of this chapter;

B. The state license number of such vehicle;

C. The time during which such vehicle is or has been parking in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter;

D. Any other facts, the knowledge of which is necessary for a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending such violation. (Ord. 5212 § 1 (Exh. F), 1999; 1957 code § 9.22.300.)
