10.40.040 Violation – Report.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be the duty of the chief of police, or such other official of the city as may be delegated authority over standing violations of ACC 10.40.020 and 10.40.030, to report:
A. The number or designation of the parking lot in which the vehicle is or has been parking in violation of any provisions of this chapter;
B. The state license number of the vehicle;
C. The time during which the vehicle is or has been parking in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter;
D. Any other facts, a knowledge of which is necessary for a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending such violation. (Ord. 5111 § 2, 1998; 1957 code § 9.26.030.)
