No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in violation of the posted or marked restrictions or when a permit or other authorization issued by the city is required as a condition for parking unless the permit or authorization issued by the city or a card or decal issued pursuant to RCW 46.16.380 is displayed in a prominent place on the vehicle. A violation of this section is subject to a $50.00 penalty if paid within 15 days. If paid after 15 days, the penalty shall be $60.00. (Ord. 6267 § 1, 2009.)
