A. It is unlawful for any person to operate or ride upon any skateboard or roller skates, upon any street, alley, sidewalk, or publicly owned parking lot in the central business district of the city as described in ACC 18.06.010(A)(11) and as delineated in the map attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, designated Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.

B. It is also unlawful for any person to operate or ride upon any roller skates upon any roadways, parking lots, or sidewalks at the Les Gove Park; provided, that roller skates may be used on pathways located in the Les Gove Park.

C. It is also unlawful for any person to operate or ride upon any skateboard upon any roadways, parking lots, sidewalks or pathways or any other area of the Les Gove Park other than areas specifically designated for skateboard usage. (Ord. 5921 § 1, 2005; Ord. 4386 § 1, 1989.)
