A. Funeral procession, provided such vehicles are marked or distinguished by illuminated headlights;

B. Students going to and from school classes or participating in education activities, providing such conduct is under the immediate direction and supervision of the proper school authorities;

C. A governmental agency acting within the scope of its functions; and

D. Practice sessions by a group or entrant which has previously obtained the approval of the Auburn police chief, with the concurrence of the mayor. (Ord. 3532 § 2, 1980.)
