All streets, alleys, and public roadway easements, developed and undeveloped recorded rights-of-way, short plat tracts for roadway purposes, and/or any real property dedicated by council action establishing the intent to utilize such real property for “public” use as roadway, nonmotorized, or pedestrian purposes lying within the corporate boundaries of the city of Auburn.
