It shall be the permittee’s responsibility to confine their construction activities within the street right-of-way lines and limits of easements described on the permit. Any damage resulting from trespassing beyond these limits shall be the sole responsibility of the permittee. (Ord. 6672 § 1, 2018; Ord. 3926 § 9, 1983.)
