Except as provided in ACC 12.52.010, all those portions of those certain streets in the city extending westerly from the common point shall be known and designated as “West Main Street” and shall form the south boundary line of quadrant “N.W.” as designated in ACC 12.52.010 and the north boundary line of quadrant “S.W.” as designated in ACC 12.52.010.
