Except as provided in ACC 12.52.010, all those portions of those certain streets in the city extending easterly from the common point shall be known and designated as “East Main Street” and shall constitute the south boundary line of quadrant “N.E.” as designated in ACC 12.52.010 and the north boundary line of quadrant “S.E.” as designated in ACC 12.52.010.
