When several buildings or premises are supplied or are planned to be supplied with water through one metered service connection with the city main, the city may, in their discretion, decline to furnish water until separate metered services are provided.

In case any one of the owners or occupants becomes delinquent or violates any of the provisions of this chapter, the city may shut off the original or main service until all delinquent and unpaid charges are paid. The premises supplied by the main service shall be held responsible for all delinquent and unpaid charges against any one or all of the separate owners or users. No change of ownership or occupation shall affect the application of this section. (Ord. 5849 § 1, 2004.)
