When water has been shut off for nonpayment or any cause and is turned on again or allowed or caused to be turned on without city approval, the city may then shut off and lock the water meter. No remission of rates will be made on account of its having been shut off. If the service is turned on after lock out by owner/operator, the city may remove a portion of the water service connection, the meter or the service line in the street. Charges as listed in ACC 13.06.511 shall be applied to the meter account for meter removal or actual cost of cutting out and reinstalling the water service connection.
