Other than the utility rates and deposits set forth in ACC 13.06.355 through 13.06.366, all other regulations and requirements in this chapter shall be the same for all classes of utility customers, unless the context of the provisions clearly indicates otherwise. (Ord. 6439 § 8, 2012.)
