An application for any side sewer permit shall be made with the city, which the applicant shall supplement with plans, specifications or other information as deemed necessary by the city. The sewer permit fee shall be imposed based on the fee schedule that is in effect at the time the submitted utility permit application is determined to be complete and shall be payable prior to issuance of the permit. Any work undertaken within a public right-of-way is subject to Chapter 12.66 ACC for work within the city or subject to other applicable permit requirements as specified by the city or county with jurisdiction where the work is being performed.
