It is unlawful for any person to repair, replace, or reconnect to the public sewer mainline any side sewer without first obtaining a permit to do so from the city. The fee for such permit shall be charged in accordance with the city of Auburn fee schedule. Any work undertaken within a public right-of-way is subject to Chapter 12.66 ACC for work within the city or subject to other applicable permit requirements as specified by the city or county with jurisdiction where the work is being performed.
