The city shall have access, subject to the provisions of Chapter 1.20 ACC, to all buildings and premises served by the sewer system for the purpose of inspecting pipes and fixtures. Inspection shall include verification of the manner in which domestic water is being used, and the satisfactory compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
