Failure of the property owner and/or permittee to comply with any or all of the provisions of this chapter or any or all provisions of a storm drainage permit, including, but not limited to, the storm water site plan and the operations and maintenance plan may cause the city engineer to revoke the permit. If the permit is revoked, all operations shall cease until such time that the noncompliance is corrected. (Ord. 6617 § 3, 2016.)
