A. Minor Adjustments. Minor adjustments may be made and approved by the planning director. Minor adjustments are those which do not violate the terms of the development agreement.

B. Major Adjustments. Major adjustments are those which, when determined by the planning director, violate the terms of the development agreement. When the planning director determines a change constitutes a major adjustment, an amendment to the development agreement is required and the process is the same as a new application.
