Any person, firm, corporation or association, or any agent of any person, firm, corporation or association who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 for each such violation, or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
