The International Fire Code, including Appendix D, “Fire Apparatus Access Roads,” Appendix E, “Hazard Categories,” Appendix H, “Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) and Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement (HMIS) Instructions,” and Appendix L, “Requirements for Fire Fighter Air Replenishment,” is adopted by reference pursuant to Chapter 15.07 ACC with the amendments, additions, and deletions provided in this chapter. This chapter shall be controlling within the jurisdiction of the city. The manufacture, storage, handling, sale, and use of fireworks shall be governed by Chapter 70.77 RCW and by Chapter 212-17 WAC and Chapter 8.24 ACC, Fireworks, consistent with Chapter 212-17 WAC.
