“Marijuana transporter” is a position licensed by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board pursuant to WAC 314-55-310 that allows a licensee to physically transport or deliver marijuana, marijuana concentrates, and marijuana-infused products between licensed marijuana businesses within Washington State.
