Dwelling” means a building designed exclusively for residential purposes for occupancy by a person, family, or unrelated group with one or more rooms for living and sleeping purposes, containing kitchen facilities and rooms with internal accessibility, including single-family, two-family, multiple-family dwellings, and townhouse dwellings but not including recreational vehicles, or hotels or motel units without kitchens.
