“Governmental facilities” means facilities of any unit of city, county, state, federal, or special district government. Types of facilities include community centers, vehicle and driver licensing offices, public works maintenance and operations facilities, courts of law, school support facilities, and other types of city, county, state, school district, special district, or federal facilities. This definition excludes jails, municipal parks, transit facilities, sewage treatment plants, schools, municipally owned airports, libraries, and utility facilities and substations as defined in this chapter.
