The purpose and objective of the UNC classification is to regulate the use of land in generally undeveloped areas or in areas not otherwise zoned following annexation thereof to the city so as to prevent the uncontrolled intrusion of business, industrial and similar uses which would be in conflict or incompatible with existing or planned future land uses established by the comprehensive plan.
