A. No person shall park any commercial vehicle on any property within the following zoning districts in the city: residential zones R-5, R-7, R-10, R-16, and R-20 and (PUD) planned unit development.

B. No person shall park more than one commercial vehicle on any property within the R-1 residential zoning district in the city, and no person shall park more than two commercial vehicles on any property within the residential conservancy RC zoning district in the city.
