A. Regular City Council Meetings. Commencing with the first regular council meeting in January, 2015, the city council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month, at 7:00 p.m.; provided, however, that when the day fixed for any regular meeting of the council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal or national holiday, such meetings shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding day not a holiday.

B. Council Study Sessions. The city council shall hold, as regular meetings, study sessions on the second, fourth and fifth Mondays of each month, at 5:30 p.m.; provided, however, that when the day fixed for any regular meeting of the council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal or national holiday, such meetings shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding day not a holiday.
