Except as specifically set in locations in Auburn other than at City Hall for particular meetings, and with appropriate public notice, all regular meetings of the city council, including regular council meetings and study sessions, shall be held in the council chambers situated in the City Hall building, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, King County, Washington, and shall be open to the general public.
