No graves, niches, crypts, will be sold in the Auburn cemetery without endowed care. “Endowed care” includes the upkeep of driveways and walks and other improvements belonging to the cemetery, mowing the grass at reasonable intervals, pruning shrubs and trees and such work as shall be necessary.
