All graves in the Auburn cemetery will be sold with endowed care without additional charge and are conveyed by deed for burial purpose only. They are exempt from taxation and cannot be sold for debt or mortgaged. (Ord. 4485 § 3, 1991; 1957 code § 10.02.070.)
