The finance department, in cooperation with city departments making purchases or expenditures during the existence of an emergency, shall review all such purchases or expenditures for potential reimbursement under appropriate state or federal disaster assistance programs or other available state or federal grant funds.

The finance department shall also review all mutual aid agreements and services received thereunder by the city during any such civil emergency and shall certify the services received and any payment due therefor. (Ord. 6088 § 1, 2007; Ord. 3957 § 2(12), 1984.)
