All city departments shall be responsible to report to the personnel department all use of volunteers as civil disaster or emergency service workers. The personnel department with the cooperation of city departments shall be responsible for the registration of city employees and volunteers as civil disaster or emergency services workers pursuant to Chapter 118-04 WAC.
