A. The Auburn tourism board shall consist of not more than 10 members appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city council, who shall serve at the pleasure of the city council. The members shall be residents of the city or have a current licensed business in the city of Auburn.

B. Members of the Auburn tourism board are prohibited from being members of the Auburn lodging tax advisory committee. (Ord. 6634 § 4, 2017; Ord. 6041 § 1, 2006.)
