Subject to the provisions of Chapter 2.30 ACC and at the pleasure of the city council, members of the Auburn tourism board shall serve for a term of three years or until appointment of a successor member, whichever is later. It is provided, however, that one member shall be initially appointed for a three-year term; one member shall be initially appointed for a two-year term; and one member shall be initially appointed for a one-year term. In case of any vacancies on the board, vacancies shall be filled consistent with the procedures set forth in ACC 2.30.030 for the unexpired terms for which such vacancies are filled.
