The mayor is authorized to accept gifts and donations of money or personal property donated, devised, or bequeathed to the city and to direct expenditures of those donations. Additionally, department directors are authorized to accept gifts and donations to their specific departments. The city clerk shall thereafter provide notice to the finance department and/or the property manager, as appropriate. (Ord. 6448 § 1, 2013.)
