All money received or obtained in the manner provided in ACC 3.04.090 shall be deposited with the finance director and shall be kept separate and apart in the fund known as the cemetery endowment care fund and shall be paid out by the finance director only upon vouchers drawn by the order of the city council and endorsed by the mayor and attested by the city clerk.
