The Auburn landscaping and community beautification and gift cumulative reserve fund shall be used for the purpose of receiving gifts and donations of moneys to the fund and the cumulative reserve funds shall be used for the purpose of city landscaping and community beautification projects and for such special purposes as any donors of any such money or gifts to such fund might specify, as approved by the mayor.
