A. Payment of Tax Upon Filing Washington State Gambling Commission Report. Upon the filing of any report to the Washington State Gambling Commission of gambling moneys received, a taxpayer shall pay the taxes imposed by this chapter and file a duplicate copy of any such reports with the city finance director with the tax payment.
