A. It is a civil infraction for any person to fail to pay charges assessed in accordance with this chapter or to violate a provision or regulation adopted under authority of this chapter.

B. Each such person is deemed to have committed a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted.

C. A person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this section is guilty of a Class 1 civil infraction. (Ord. 5976 § 1, 2005.)
