In the event the owner, operator or manager of the rental housing business secures the services of one or more law enforcement officer(s) to properly enforce the applicable laws, rules and regulations and to maintain order in the rental housing business, pursuant to ACC 5.22.040(A)(6), all expense for such service shall be borne by the rental housing business owner, manager or operator.
