A. No person shall keep, maintain, control, or retain custody of any dog in conjunction with or for the purpose, whether in whole or in part, of aiding, abetting, or conducting any illegal activity or committing any crime within the city. Any such animal may be seized and impounded.

B. A person who violates this section shall be punished as set forth in ACC 6.01.210. (Ord. 6424 § 2, 2012.)
