A. It is a violation of this chapter for any person to sell or transfer ownership of any pet without an animal license. The city shall be notified of the name, address and telephone number of the new owner by the person who sold or transferred the pet.

B. A person who violates this section shall be punished as set forth in ACC 6.01.210. (Ord. 6424 § 3, 2012.)
