The city shall keep a record of the names and addresses of persons to whom licenses are issued, the number and date of the license, and the amount paid for the same. Every pet owner must notify the city if the owner moves the animal to a new address or if the owner changes their mailing address. (Ord. 6424 § 3, 2012.)
