The floors of all rooms in which food or drink is stored, prepared or served, or in which utensils are washed, shall be of such construction as easily to be cleaned, shall be smooth, well-drained and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Floors shall be of concrete, terrazzo, tile, wood covered with linoleum, or tight wood free from cracks. If floor drains are used, they shall be provided with proper traps. (Ord. 5212 § 1 (Exh.
