8.04.060 Doors and windows.

When flies are prevalent, all openings into the outer air shall be effectively screened, with not less than 16-mesh screen, and doors shall be self-closing; or fans of sufficient power to prevent the entrance of flies shall be in use at all otherwise ineffectively screened openings.
