Adequate and convenient handwashing facilities shall be provided, including warm water, soap and approved sanitary towels. The use of a common towel is prohibited. Dishwashing vats shall not be accepted as washing facilities for personnel. No employee shall resume work after using the toilet room without first washing their hands. (Ord. 5212 § 1 (Exh.
