A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be a civil infraction, punishable in accordance with ACC 1.25.050, except as would be a misdemeanor pursuant to ACC 1.25.050. (Ord. 5837 § 10, 2004; Ord. 5683 § 21, 2002; Ord. 3886 § 3, 1983.)
