Any party affected by a decision of the fire chief which results in the denial of a permit or a certificate of occupancy pursuant to this chapter may seek a review of that decision in the manner provided in Chapter 15.36 ACC for fire code appeals. (Ord. 4570 § 2 (Exh. A), 1992.)
